Chad Larson
Co-Owner
Hi, I’m Chad Larson, Owner and Founder of Advanced Heating & Air. My wife Kellie and I started Advanced Heating back in 2004 with a simple goal: to provide quality HVAC services with honesty, integrity, and a hometown touch.
We’re both proud to be born and raised right here in Grays Harbor County, and we’ve built our business around serving the community we love. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me enjoying a ball game, on the lake, or behind the grill BBQ’n something delicious. Thank you for supporting local—it’s an honor to keep Grays Harbor comfortable, one home at a time.
Kellie Larson
Co-Owner
Kellie is the co-owner and operator of Advanced and enjoys connecting with customers every day. Hearing positive feedback and making people smile is one of her favorite parts of the job. In her free time, she loves traveling, camping, and an occasional night at the casino.
Kary Kugan
Sales Representative
Kary has been with Advanced Heating since 2004. Born and raised in Grays Harbor County, he takes pride in serving the community he’s always called home. Outside of work, Kary enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and son. His favorite hobbies include beekeeping, canning, and grilling—especially when he gets to share the results with family and friends.

I am a lead HVAC installer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial systems, known for delivering reliable, high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction. Skilled in installation, troubleshooting, and team collaboration. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, riding ATVs, and relaxing with friends—sharing stories and creating memories.
Hunter Oldham
LEAD Install Technician
Hello my name is Hunter, I have over 6 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and service, I bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time. As a proud girl dad and family man, I value time spent with loved ones and believe in balancing hard work with quality moments at home. When I’m not on the job or with my family, you can find me on the golf course, enjoying a good game and the outdoors.

CJ has been with Advanced Heating for over five years. He enjoys hearing customers’ stories and takes pride in getting the job done right to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied. Outside of work, CJ enjoys spending time with friends, watching baseball and football, and playing a great round of golf.

Known for delivering quality workmanship, honest service, and reliable solutions that stand the test of time. Deeply committed to doing right by customers, coworkers, and the work itself. A family man and a man of God, I bring integrity, humility, and a strong work ethic to every job. Whether it’s a routine install or a complex system upgrade, I approach every task with skill, care, and genuine respect for the people I serve.
Braxton Gage
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Since starting out as summer help when he was 15 years old, Braxton has grown into our Lead Service Tech role providing quality and trusting work for our customers. Braxton attended the 21 month HVAC/R program at Perry Technical Institute after graduating from Montesano High School in 2018.

Colby Miller

Hello my name is Colby, I have been with Advanced Heating since I was 16 years old. I graduated from Aberdeen High School and got my HVAC degree at Perry Tech. I am an experienced HVAC service technician with a passion for solving problems and keeping things cool (or warm!). When I’m not working, you’ll find me out on the water, cruising the open road, or enjoying adventures with my friends & family. Dedicated, reliable, and always up for the next challenge—whether it’s fixing a system or finding the perfect weekend adventure.
Juan Tello
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Juan is the newest member of the Advanced Heating Crew! He is a skilled and detailed technician with experience in HVAC maintenance. Juan is known for his reliability and strong work ethic. He’s passionate about providing great customer service and ensuring systems are running safely and efficiently. Juan’s a college graduate with a universal HVAC Certification. Outside of work, Juan enjoys playing sports, going to the gym, and fishing.

I’m a licensed electrician with over 10 years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work. I take pride in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient solutions for every project I take on. When I’m not on the job, you’ll likely find me catching a game—whether it’s football, softball, or anything competitive—or exploring new places with my family. Traveling helps me recharge and stay inspired, and I value the time spent making memories with loved ones. Balancing a strong work ethic with a love for adventure keeps life exciting both on and off the clock.
Brandt Rockwell

Hello my name is Brandt,
I’ve been working in the electrical field since 2019, building hands-on experience and technical skills across a variety of residential and commercial projects. Originally from Bend, Oregon, I have a strong appreciation for the outdoors and enjoy spending quality time with my family exploring new places. Outside of work, I’m passionate about video games, basketball, and movies.

PERMIT COORDINATOR
Heather has been with Advanced Heating for 15 years. Her favorite part of the job is problem solving and helping customers find the right solutions. Outside of work, Heather cherishes spending time with her three grandsons and enjoys watching football and going camping.
Sarah Duke
OFFICE MANAGER
Sarah has been with Advanced Heating for six years. She enjoys getting to know customers and providing them with the best knowledge and support possible. Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her three kids, enjoying the outdoors, and being with her extended family.
Mark Larson
WAREHOUSE/INVENTORY
Mark has been with Advanced for over four years and brings more than 25 years of experience from a logging career. He enjoys staying organized and keeping the crew on track. Outside of work, Mark likes watching golf and classic western shows.
Kristen Albrecht-Kugan
FINANCE COORDINATOR
Kristen has been with Advanced Heating since 2008. She enjoys working with numbers and collaborating with the entire team. Outside of work, Kristen loves spending time with her son and husband, knitting creative stuffed creations, camping, and watching the Mariners play.
Chandler Albrecht-Kugan
ELECTRICIAN APPRENTICE
Chandler has been with Advanced since he was 14, starting as summer help. After graduating in 2024, he joined the team full time on the electrical side. He enjoys learning new skills and putting his knowledge to the test. Outside of work, Chandler likes bonfires, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with good company.
Alex Drolz
ELECTRICIAN APPRENTICE
Alex has been with Advanced for less than a year and brings experience from log truck detailing and maintenance. He enjoys learning new skills and meeting new people. A 2024 graduate of Hoquiam High School, Alex likes spending his free time around a large bonfire, hunting, fishing, and hanging out with the guys.
Kyle Johnson
ELECTRICIAN
Kyle has been an electrician for over 10 years and joined Advanced in March 2025, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He’s a coffee enthusiast and can be quizzed on just about anything coffee-related.

Adrian has over 10 years of experience in the electrical field. He enjoys teaching the skills of the trade to new apprentices and creating a work environment that is both fun and safe. Outside of work, Adrian likes spending time with friends and making lasting memories.
