Founded in 2004 by Chad and Kellie Larson, Advanced Heating & Air was built on a commitment to quality service and strong community values. Chad, a graduate of Aberdeen High School and the Universal Technical Institute, began his career with Best Heating in Aberdeen before continuing his training with Black Hills Inc. in Olympia. With years of hands-on experience and Kellie’s unwavering support, he took a leap of faith and launched Advanced Heating & Air from their home garage — installing heat pumps, crafting custom fittings, and building a reputation for honest, reliable work.
In 2005, Chad hired his first employee, Kary Kugan, marking the start of steady growth. By 2007, the team moved into their first official shop — the former Danko Truck & Off-Road building in Cosmopolis, WA — where they continue to operate today.
Over the years, the company has weathered economic challenges, including the housing crisis of 2008, but their dedication to customers and quality workmanship never wavered. Through persistence, skill, and care for their community, Advanced Heating & Air has grown into one of the leading HVAC companies serving Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.
