At Advanced Heating & Air, our technicians, installers, and support staff share one mission — to deliver honest, reliable service backed by years of experience. Chad Larson
Co-Owner
Chad started Advanced Heating out of his garage in 2004 and has been manning the helm with his lovely wife Kellie ever since. Chad strives to offer great service to each and every customer, and his hobbies include golfing, watching sports, and losing in fantasy football.
Kellie Larson
Co-Owner
Kellie is the co-owner and operator of Advanced. She loves hearing positive feedback from customers and making them smile. Her hobbies include traveling, camping, and the occasional night at the casino.
Kary Kugan
Utility Player
One of the original employees of Advanced, Kary has been here since the start. His favorite part of the job is connecting with the customers and he hates taxes. His hobbies include beekeeping and being in the outdoors.
Ryan Sandberg
Install Technician
Ryan is our resident workaholic, he is almost always the first one on here and the last one to leave. His favorite part of the job is being able to help people by installing the newest and best heating systems. His hobbies include smoking meats and spending time with his family.
Hunter Oldham
Install Technician
Former little league baseball standout. Hunter loves working at Advanced because he gets to meet new people every day. His hobbies include golfing, gaming, and fishing. One day he hopes to win the lottery.
Chris Oldham
Install Technician
Although CJ is only working at Advanced while he perfects his golf swing for the tour, within his first 2 and a half years at Advanced, CJ has quickly become one of the best technicians in the harbor. His favorite part about the job is the great people he gets to work with every day. His hobbies include golfing and dog walks. One day he hopes to buy his own home.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Braxton is a loving father and dedicated maintenance/service technician. His favorite part about the job is helping diagnose complex issues within the heating system and fixing them for his customers. His hobbies include watching supercross and playing golf.
Colby Miller
Service TECHNICIAN
Colby is a connoisseur of local hot case food. He comes in every morning with something new. After graduating from Perry Technical Institute, he decided to work for Advanced because he lives close by. His hobbies include hunting, road tripping, and messing around in the snow.

Office Manager
Heather is one of the longest tenured employees. Along with always bringing an upbeat mood to work, her favorite part of the job is the close-knit family environment. Her hobbies include clam digging, watching football, and spending time with her cat.

Kristen is our resident crochet queen. Not only can she crochet just about anything, but she is the best bookkeeper this side of the Mississippi. She enjoys working at Advanced due to the close-knit family-type environment. Her hobbies include crocheting, watching sports, and being with family.
